All work & no play

Has been a few busy weeks for me, working up to 14 hrs a day. Not good, but I have decided to quit the restaurant business all together. It just isn't worth it: long hours and bad pay. I can do some winetastings of my own while running my own company.
So these days are all about finding a new job. I am lucky enough to have a man who makes huge amount of money so I won't be in the sh*t if I don't find a job immediately.

Yesterday as I was filling out a job application for "The Big MakeUp Company" one thing I had to do was describe myself in five words.
My fist idea was was: "Great sense of fashion" my second was "a fierce and fab personality" not good enough for a job application as true as it might be :)
Eventually Mr S made up a few nice words that'll hopefully get me the job.

I thank who ever invented on line shopping and AMEX gold cards. Have done most of my christmas shopping on line this year. It's great - a few clicks and gifts are delivered. Mr S' son M is spending the holidays with us so need to get him a gift to. What should I buy for a 23 year old guy who likes fashion, women and parties?? Any ideas?
My first plan was to get a book about fashion but he doesn't really read so now I'm desperate for ideas!

Take care
Love/E

Glad you're getting out E. You never seemed happy with all the crap they kept throwing at you. You're worth more than that!

And you go girl! Get your company started! That's awesome. As my friend P said to me when I quit with no job to go to "Feel the fear and do it anyway."

23 year old guy who likes fashion, women and parties - Hmmmm... What about a subscription to Vogue Living? Or some rather stylish cocktail making gear? Ridel glassware and decanter? Beautiful platters or serving crockery? And I know that screw tops are becoming more common but I have also coverted one of these
